I have a problem with my neck/spine at the moment so i went to Metin to see if he could help, as soon as he had a look he noticed what the problem was... straight away and helped me understand what was causing my issue, after the hour session you could notice a change straight away so hopefully after a couple more sessions and me doing some stretches at home it'll be alot better than it has been! Been seeing Metin now for a few years with various issues. Sciatica and groin issues mainly. Regardless to the issue, Metin always knows exactly what ...to do and finds what’s causing the issue (usually an area away from where I thought) and goes to work on it. Such a relief when I leave and have more flexibility. I’m always given recommendations on exercises that will help my issues which Iv taken on board and slowly getting to a point I can see light at the end of the tunnel If you can handle the pain I recommend the muscle scraping, it really helped me at one stage but wouldn’t do it too often Show more

He helps my aches and pains go away in just a session or ...two and educates me with stretches and exercise to prevent me coming back too soon! Today was a little different where Metin was able to sort my back out half way through the session so he introduced me to some Reiki healing, which I’ve never experienced before.
