I've reviewed the CCTV footage about this, and do agree the conversation may not have been appropriate, however this is a barbers shop and we can't control what people want to talk about.
In regards to the hair cutting technique, we've all been trained/using that with no complaints.
Pivoting the chair is the same as moving around it yourself, the chairs are designed to do that. As for Josh, he has been barbering for 5 years and I can confirm his skill. If your wanting to discuss this further please let me know.
