I visited Fiona in agony with my shoulders & neck from sitting at a laptop all day! She was extremely welcoming and asked necessary questions to under...stand exactly where the issue was. On to the massage, wow! Exactly what I was hoping for. The perfect balance between relaxing & firm where needed! It felt amazing and straight away I felt the difference. Fiona then discussed stretches and ways to help me moving forward. I will definitely be returning!

What an amazing massage. Such a warm and welcoming lady, the experience was fantastic. A really holistic approach, from start to finish. I'll definite...ly be back. It took me minutes to relax and allow my body to fully let go and the only negative thing is that it came to an end! I feel as though I've had a total reset!
