Hi there thank you for your review. I am luca the new owner of what is now known as Barber Box IV. I can assure you I am nothing to do with the old shop and this is my first business with the backing of a very established Barber business of Towcester that is been going for over 3 years. The Barber Box brand has always had the clients and staff as equal. We try to keep our staff as consistent as possible so our clients can get used to there Barber and try not to change our team often yes we like to introduce more staff as the business grows but as you or anyone can see in the other shops we try our best. Please can you give us a try before you put a negative review without giving me a try. I can and do understand that in the past the shop hasn't been run to its full potential but you can be rest assured I will give it my all along with my team. Yes although the other shop in the town is a completely different business we all work together to make sure our clients have not only a great haircut but a great time. You only have to look at our reviews to show that. I have brought the business and will give it my all again thanks for your review I please ask again to give us a chance :)

We are closed for a refit we have tried to let everyone know and offered to come to another location. We are trying our best to make the place better so please bear with us we will be open soon and the shop will be great and great staff again sorry for any inconvenience
