  PATCH TESTING & REOPENING Patch Tests are essential for anyone wanting to book treatments such as brow lamination, lash extensions, lash lift and tinting treatments with us. One product doesnt cover all treatments there are different products for each treatment. We are looking into possibly posting out patch tests to clients to avoid coming into salon however this will incur a small charge to cover costs. When you book in for a patch test you will be required to complete the form online on Booksy, wait outside the salon on your time of arrival and we will come out to you to do the patch test. You will need to inform us if you suffer any adverse reactions during your 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you have pre-paid for your treatment online we can either look at deducting the value from another suitable treatment or refunding. If you have had patch tests or treatments at other salons this does not cover you for treatments here and new patch tests must be carried out so that both yourself and us are covered under our insurance policy. This must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We are unable to carry out treatments without a patch test. If you book a treatment without a patch test you may still be deemed liable for the full cost of treatment if you show for your appointment without a patch test. Hi rebecca sorry to hear your experience wasn't good. With regards to your waxing the sensitivity varies from client to client and generally the more often you come the easier it becomes. You did mention you hadn't had this treatment in quite a while. I use only top quality waxes and i would have expected some redness afterwards which is completely normal. I did explain about the salon being redecorated and not in its usual manner my decorator unfortunately ran over at the weekend which is beyond my control however the salon is clean im unfortunately not able to close to redecorate. With regards to the toilet its cleaned weekly i will take another look. Thank you, Kellie
