Being honest, really dissapointed. Had an appointment at 3pm on Saturday for my 2yr old.. got to 3.20 and just assumed they were running behind a bit..., nobody asked me at any point what time I was booked in for at all. Got to 3.50 and the person I was supposed to have was just on their phone at the till, I said I’ve got an appointment with you and it turned out somebody else had took my appointment instead. Yes I got a sorry but no kind of discount or anything at all for the nearly 1hr wait, which isn’t easy with a 2yr old to entertain. Won’t give less than 5 stars because I don’t like to but I won’t be going again! Also the hair cut was shocking! Show more
