Charlotte is a lovely friendly and approachable person and very professional. I had not ever had my hair done professionally before so was apprehensiv...e but Charlotte totally put me at ease and explained things to me as she was doing them. What I particularly liked about the experience was that you get Charlottes undivided attention during the appointment. I am very happy with the results I got and would 100% recommend Charlotte to anyone that wants their hair done- but you only have to look at Charlottes instagram page to see the amazing work she does. Since coming to Charl my hairs never been healthier even with getting full head highlights.
