Holly is very polite and friendly. Explained the treatment really well. Did a gods job. The only point why I didn’t score high is because I don’t thin...k I didn’t need to be left for almost 25 minutes with the mask. I just felt it was a way of killing the hour of service. Rather than such a long time on mask it could have been used to do maybe do a detailed facial. The dermaplanning was very well done. Show more

Hi Uzma, thank you for your review and kind words. Regarding the time of the face mask I completely understand it was left on for 15-20 minutes which seems like a long time especially lying still however it is necessary to be left on for that time for the mask to sink in and work, as per mask instructions. I can assure you this is definitely not to waste any time during your appointment and all steps of the facial were completed as necessary as this particular facial focuses on the dermaplaning. I will definitely take on your note and look into this for future appointments, take care x
