A deeply restorative facial designed to support both the fascia and lymphatic systems through slow, rhythmic touch and intentional movement.
This treatment combines rolling techniques, soft lymphatic drainage, and fascia stretching and lengthening to help release facial tension, encourage fluid movement, and create a sense of ease throughout the face, neck, and head.
With the fascia and lymphatic systems kept in mind throughout the treatment, guided exercises are included to encourage diaphragmatic breathing and support relaxation from within.
Expect calming, flowing movements, calming nervous system support and extra time dedicated to ear and scalp massage

As you relax and absorb the benefits of 30 minutes of light therapy, a leg and foot massage enhances your experience.
