Lymphatic Touch: Clearing the Waters

Lymphatic Touch is a deeply restorative treatment designed to support the body's natural detoxification processes by encouraging the movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce stagnation, swelling, and congestion within the tissues. Ideal for clients experiencing swollen joints, fluid retention, puffiness, or a sense of heaviness within the body.

This unique treatment combines gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques with the powerful energetic clearing methods of Healing Touch. Together, they create a holistic approach that addresses both the physical and energetic aspects of wellbeing.

The session begins with a guided breathing and meditation exercise to begin the relaxation process that is vital to start cleansing process. Then a personalised hands-on lymphatic treatment tailored to your individual needs, supporting the movement of waste products and excess fluid through the body's lymphatic pathways.

The second part of the treatment focuses on off-body Healing Touch techniques, including specialised Lymphatic Clearing methods that work within the human energy field to encourage energetic flow and release.

A face sculpting massage treatment designed to lift and tone the face is a hands-on technique that improves circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and activates facial muscles. This method blends techniques from lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and buccal massage (inside the mouth). It’s non-invasive and aims to lift, depuff, and define the face—especially the jawline, cheeks, and brows.  A course of three sessions is recommended for optimal results

Healing Touch is an energy healing treatment to clear, balance and repair the biofield. The biofield or IEF (individual energy field) is the energy system of the human body. It is made up of layers of energetic systems including layers of auric field and the chakra system. Through the Healing Touch method the practitioner will be able to feel blockages and apply specific techniques to break up the congestion in the energy field.

After 20 years of treating clients with holistic methods I have no doubt that disease and ill health manifests in the energy field first, long before the physical problem develops. Just as physical surgery can be performed to treat medical conditions, Healing Touch can be used to perform “spiritual surgery” on the biofield.

There are no barriers to treatment as there are no contraindications, not even location as the treatment can be performed remotely, even if you are on the other side of the world.

Sciatica can be very painful with sufferers experiencing a shooting pain originating in the lower back/buttock area down to the lower leg/foot. Rejuvenate therapists have been trained to apply specific massage techniques to alleviate the muscle tensions giving rise to these painful symptoms. Firm pressure is applied to specific muscles. When this is done pain will be experienced during the sciatica massage, however the benefits will be an immediate relief and improved mobility. Four, weekly sessions, are recommended to bring painful symptoms under control.

Davinder is also trained in using essential oils both for external application and has knowledge of using essential as botanical medicine.  Some essential oils in the clinic are food grade and clients can sample them for internal use for specific health issues. A single or blend of essential oils will be used to create deeper healing and relaxation and to target any health issues.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. The client, fully clothed, sits in a massage chair for the treatment. The therapist uses a range of different movements including application of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. In addition, the therapist will also gently stimulate and stroke pressure points on the face. The session will usually last forty minutes, and it is desirable to sit quietly for ten minutes once the massage has been completed.

Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate.

Women go through many stages in life where their body system completely transforms from puberty, pre-natal, pregnancy, post-natal and menopause. Using this specialised treatment the core areas of a woman’s health and wellbeing are revitalised and stimulated to bring the body into a de-stressed state creating balance and harmony within. Women struggling with issues around fertility can find reflexology particularly beneficial.

Using microneedling techniques along with specialised hair energy serums to revitalise and stimulate healthier hair growth.
LED scalp diode technology is used in the treatment to further enhance the results. Complimentary scalp products are included in the full price treatment.

A blend of facial oil is created especially for the clients skin using the purest essential oils then applied to the skin. Gua Sha techniques using crystal stones, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue massage are applied to the face to ease and melt tension from the muscles. This results in more clarified skin and naturally youthful facial expressions. The client will take home the blend created for their skin to maintain results post treatment. Using the Cube Light, an LED device for light emitting diode therapy. It has 6 different wavelengths of light to treat different skin disorders and can be used for face, scalp and body treatments.

RED Light is used for treating the epidermis and has been shown to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin and so helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Red LED light is also thought to improve blood circulation and help with the penetration of active ingredients. 

Barely visible near infrared light (IR) penetrates even deeper than red light and triggers wound healing, decreases inflammation, and can help with pain relief and muscle relaxation.

BLUE LED light reduces activity in the sebaceous glands and targets the bacteria responsible for acne. It can also calm sensitive, problematic skin.

GREEN light has a calming effect and can help lighten age spots, sun damage and hyperpigmentation for a brighter, more even complexion.

Environ TCA Peel - 2.5 and 5% -
TCA peels are used in cream form for acne and scarring and gel form for anti ageing. Cliniccare Glow Peel- Safe for all skin types and the best peel for first time clients who have never had a peel previously.  Excellent for pigmentation and brightening the complexion 

Cliniccare Pure Peel- Recommended for congested or acne prone skin.  Helps to clear out blockages to renew and purify the skin 

Cliniccare Refresh Peel- Recommended for anti ageing, a more intense peel to reverse the signs of ageing targeting lines and wrinkles.  Refresh is not suitable for all skin types please ask your therapist for more details

The ultimate cleansing facial for congestion and blackheads or for a general deep cleanse. Using ultrasound and electric current along with chemical peel to cleanse deep down into the pores. The pulsed ultrasound and current is applied to enhance the cleansing action of the chemical peel. Using lactic acid which is mild enough for even sensitive skin.

We highly recommend the steam with this facial to enhance the deep cleansing action of the treatment and allow extraction of blackheads and congestion. The alginate mask is highly recommended for this treatment due to its dual action of cooling the skin and deep cleansing clay ingredients. The mask is applied over the eyes and mouth so not recommended for clients who could feel claustrophobic.

Just 30 minutes of pulsed soundwave and current infusion delivers a phenomenal 4000% increase in penetration! Your skin feels plumper, smoother and intensely hydrated even after just one treatment. You can literally feel the vitamin ingredients seeping deep into the skin. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment using pressure point technique on the soles of the feet. Reflexology benefits the whole body as the meridians of our body are connected to the soles of the feet. It is a deeply relaxing and energising foot treatment.

When the body has been subjected to illness, stress or injury, its systems and energy flow becomes out of balance. Reflexology helps relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, helps to relieve tension and improves sense of wellbeing.

General health can be improved with regular treatment and conditions such as sinusitis, migraine, depression and many other disorders can benefit from this type of treatment. By treating the feet through pressure point massage, the body goes into a deeply relaxed state, assisting healing. The person receiving the treatment feels incredibly relaxed and can obtain a deep sense of wellbeing, often lasting several days. A course of 6 weekly treatments is recommended for optimum results.

Ear seeding is a type of ear acupressure treatment that involves placing ear seeds in specific pressure points to alleviate certain issues. 
It is helpful for pain management, stress/anxiety, infertility (alongside other therapies), hormonal rebalancing, cravings/addictions, mental health issues, weight loss, acne skin conditions snd much more. 

The seeds will stay in place for 2-5 days and can be massaged three times a day for 1-3mins to stimulate the pressure points.
