Luxury Manicure - no polish

Friendly, but I asked for 2 things - not to remove much length and to keep the same shape and she didn't do either of those things. I was 10 min late ...to my appointment, so she was rushed, but it's a basic manicure without any polish and it takes more time to remove more nail length so I don't feel like it should have been that hard to follow my requests. Had eyebrows waxed. Not happy with final result or procedure itself. Paid £15 for a eyebrow tidy up, and they are not tidy. Lots of 'straggler' hairs... are still there. For £15 this experience was extremely disappointing. Show more

Hi Marco I’m sorry you had a bad experiance. I wish you’d let me know when I asked you during the treatment you were unhappy. I asked you several times if you were happy and showed you the mirror. As you didn't respond negatively to me I had no idea you were so unhappy - so couldn’t rectify the situation for you. A lot of clients these days prefer "full" eyebrows and as you stated yourself you didn't want thin ones. I prefer to go conservatively when waxing eyebrows because you can’t put back what you've taken away. After seeing this review I've sent you a message stating I’m more than happy to refund the grand total of £15 for the treatment - which I would have done when you went to pay. Always best to tell the small business you aren’t happy before you leave so adjustments can be made or a refund can be made before you leave a bad review.

My knot was released in my neck, whic...h was the cause and after a while the migraine started to ware off. Very happy with the service and the venue is very clean with a Cowshed theme.
