I came in for a trim having not had a haircut for a while. Luca advised he doesn't normally cut hair of my length (mid long) but was happy to do so th...at day. Luca was really friendly and chatty and did a good job. He advised I should look for an alternative place next time but was polite and clear about this, explaining the kind of cuts he normally does which is totally understable.
