Hi Sanya, first of all apologies if you found the service was not up to your requirements however, the shortage of staff was out of our control, we still kept your appointment by juggling other clients around so we would like to think we are very accommodating. At the time you were extremely happy with your hair, the cut, the blow dry was done with upmost care and passion, had you been unhappy we would always offer some compensation whether it be fixing what's been done or a discount off your next appointment. We have been in this profession for over 25 years and have a high return of regularr clients not to mention many through word of mouth.
