Didn't want to leave a lower star review as I have had a few cuts here and it's been great, easy to book online and great service to start with... End...ed up walking out after booking for 1pm to get a cut in lunch break, no real recognition that I was booked in for that time with both barbers busy on other clients and not a word said to me about my appointment time. Walked out at 1:15 after as I was fed up waiting, the excuse was that sometimes clients arrive late, not really my fault, if they're that late then maybe they should be refused the appointment? Both barbers were casually chatting, absolutely no effort made to get on with the job in hand and not a word to me about them running late. Maybe I'm a grumpy old man having a moan but just disappointed in the service. This isn't the first time this has happened either and I get that sometime's appointments can run over but 10-15 minutes on more than one occasion when you've booked an appointment isn't good enough for me.
