Unfortunately as we tried to explain to you you hadn’t booked in for the correct service, altho you wanted a ‘balayage’ you needed a colour correction. You also asked for the blonde to be from the root with no dark, We did try to discuss this with you for over a hour through Google translate as you only can speak a very small amount of selected English, the language barrier was too difficult, we even offered for if you wanted to call someone who speaks better English that could translate for you but still you refused, we offered you to come back in for another appointment but that too wasn’t to your satisfaction, Shannon is a fantastic hairdresser with a incredible high level of training. We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your appointment but as we discussed the 'goal' picture wouldn’t have be achieveable in one appointment from what you came in to see us with
