This was my first visit. Beth was brilliant. I had my hair cut which was long to having it pixie short. She discussed with me all through the stages; ...she made me feel at ease by cutting my hair shorter in steps for me to process the change! She gave me advice about styling it and very helpful. They were very welcoming and Beth was excellent she took time to find out what I was looking f...or and why and explained everything she was going to do. She explained that we can change things at the next cut if things aren’t going right she also explained that if I needed my fringe trimmed that I could pop in and she would do it for free.
