Thank you very much John. We value your feedback. Given the fact I had to contact your wife 10 minutes into the treatment time already wasted much time. If you had have called the number on your confirmation email we could have provided directions. Directions are also available to our premises upon booking appointment and our name is very clear on confirmation email. Our policy is also very clear upon booking. We don’t usually accept clients if they are 15 minutes late, regardless of their blunder but given the circumstances we still took you for a 40 minute appointment considering it was your birthday. We can’t be responsible for getting you to your appointment on time but we do endeavour to make it easy with directions and parking. I appreciate that you enjoyed your treatment because that is our responsibility, getting you to your appointment or a mis communication with your wife is not our responsibility and therefore feel we dealt with your situation in a fair manner.
