Laura is incredible at what she does. She is attentive, talkative and makes people feel at ease. Before even walking into the Salon, Laura had chosen ...two colours she thought would suit my lips (for lip blush). I showed her some photos of lips I liked, and of course the colours Laura had already picked out matched perfectly with the photos I had on my phone. This just shows how well she knows her clients. I came to The Parlour to have my eyebrows microbladed due to starting cancer treatment. I knew that after my radiotherapy i would be starting chemothe...rapy and would lose my hair. I checked with my consultant that this procedure was safe to do with my health conditions, once he gave me the go ahead I contacted Laura. I asked for the natural look and i must say she did the most incredible job! My brows look amazing. She spent time to explain the procedure step by step and made me feel comfortable and at ease.
