Sessions are 45min - 60min

Nutrition & Programming varies between trainers; discuss with the Personal Trainer 'PT' what they offer as part of their services.

All trainers require 48 hour of gym opening notice to cancel or rearrange a session. (This can be less at the PT's discretion).

If block bookings are made please ensure all sessions are utilised within the agreed time period e.g. (1 session a week for 4 weeks)

Any sessions not taken within the agreed period could result in loss of sessions. (Unless agreed differently at the PT's discretion due to extenuating circumstances).
