Absolutely loved visiting the ladies. A lovely warm welcome. Never been to the salon before but definitely will go again. Definitely my new salon to g...o to. Hadn’t been to one in years as didn’t feel comfortable. But the ladies here made me feel so comfortable. Recommend to everyone who wants a beautiful haircut. Well worth the price. Show more

I dont have normal hair. Its coarse and ginger. I once had a hairdresser cry because she didnt want to blow dry it. So approaching a new stylist when ...i moved to Northampton 13 years ago was scary. Rachel took on the challenge without moaning once. She listens to you and gives good advice. Always at ease in the salon. She doesn't even need special scissors. Totally recommend. Show more

I’ve been coming to Rachel now for many years and she never lets me down. She rescued my hair when it is was in a dire state and makes sure I look aft...er it, stopping me from making bad decisions and guiding me when I’m looking for a change.
