I've been a customer with Charlotte for years now and always get a 10/10 haircut with 11/10 service. The thing that sets NJs apart is that they're so ...friendly and down to earth. You feel as if they're genuinely interested to hear what you've been up to rather than just look at you as a way to make money. Charlotte is just an amazing person through and through. So positive and easy to get on with. And barber skill-wise, there's never been anything she hasn't been able to do for me. Since they moved to Stockton Heath it's probably an extra 20-30 mins round trip for me, but it's a small price to pay in knowing I'm dealing with the best Show more
