Hi Michal, After reviewing the situation with both your barber and my business partner who was present, as well as the CCTV footage, it’s clear our team did their best to guide you through your appointment. Unfortunately, without a clear idea of what you wanted, achieving your expectations was always going to be… challenging. The fact that Kendra actually said to you “how do you want me to cut your hair?” And your response was “I don’t know.” Says everything I need to know… We’re always happy to resolve genuine concerns, but posting multiple one-star reviews without any constructive feedback suggests this wasn’t about finding a solution… it also speaks volumes of your character to resort to online reviews instead of coming in the shop to resolve the issue… or try to? We wish you all the best in your future barbering adventures, but we won’t be offering any further service.
