2nd time I have selected a certain stylist and my son has not had them cut their hair. An alternative was given. If there is an issue ie it's an under... 13s hair cut and the individual stylist doesn't do these then it needs to be fed back. I have been using this place for many years and never had this issue. Your haircut may have not take the hour because our staff are incredibly skilled. I spoke to you personally and explained that because your hair was massively overgrown, you should have booked a "restyle" - however, myself as the owner gave the decision to Jack who chose to still cut your hair despite you ignoring multiple on screen prompts to chose the correct service through out booking system... our prices aren't based on duration, they're based on skill and we have retained thousands of customers by offering some of the best haircuts in Durham. The fact you've been given the benefit of the doubt, you had your haircut despite booking the wrong service and you've still chose to leave a 3 star review for Jack absolutely baffles us.
