I think given our reputation as well as thousands upon thousands of repeat clients spanning over 5 very successful years, the term “butchered” is a bit harsh and not something we've had as feedback. Also with regards to the shop being cold, the building is old with no central heating system. We rely on mobile heaters to keep the warmth, however, the weather is out of our control. Thank you for the feedback. 👍🏽
