The hair was fine. However, the attitude was the problem as you getting rude regarding that you have back to back clients but you came 20 minutes late... and you had 2 hours break afterwards. I mentioned that you can take your time but shouted that I don’t have time and asked regarding the style of the hair and telling me make the decision quick as I don’t have time. Disrespectful attitude will not be tolerated going forward if I was to come back again.
