You make a booking, and it gets confirmed via Booksy and email, and they then change the times on you without consulting you. It’s on you to challenge... rather than them be polite and contact you to explain. It just happens. It’s also ok for them to change stylist without asking. No doubt moved to a ‘trainee’ as we were a cheaper ‘youth booking’ so the senior stylist could take a higher value booking. Sharp practice. Arrogance. Not good. Plenty of businesses out here who respect and look after their Customers. Will vote with feet. Show more

Hi Alan, we’re really sorry your experience has led you to leave a negative review. Unfortunately sometimes circumstances in the shop change so we may need to make slight adjustments to times and sometimes barbers, where we try to accommodate appointments and avoid making cancellations. We also try to do this with enough time for the customer to flag any issues with the adjustments so we can further accommodate, we gave 48 hours notice in this instance. From your previous experience with Lamin and good review we felt he would be best suited where we unfortunately couldn’t accommodate the original appointment. We sincerely apologies for this
