Was closed when I’d booked. Came back again 3 times in case they were late opening. They did open 5 minutes after my appointment time and a lady said ...to take a seat but then left me sat there another 15 minutes and which point I had to leave - 10 minutes after my appointment was due to end. I had also booked for my child’s haircut and he was restless waiting in the car. It would have been better if some explained the reason it opened late and I was left sat there rather than ignoring me. Show more
