I was told all products were HEMA free on Instagram by the owner. On arrival the girl didn’t know what I was talking about and had one bottle of HEMA ...free which was empty. Wasted journey and a massive red flag if allergies aren’t taken seriously. Couldn’t get another appointment last minute anywhere else either. Not happy. Show more

Wouldnt even give it one star but had to as wouldnt let me post review. Awful we wont go back and will spread the word. The total was £36, 33.00 fr... acrylics and shellac plus 3 for nail art. It is advertised nail art (10m) paid £16.50 via booksy leaving balance to be paid on the day. They then chrged my daughter a further 28.50 which means an overpayment of 9.50. When I questioned this they were rude and argumentative. I pointed out to the woman the nail art was advertised as (10m) period ..... As they said this was why it was more and that they dont work in minutes so why is it stated on booksy!!!!!!!!. The nail art is awful too Also my daughter was interrupted half way due to another customer coming in and stating she was in a rush, she had to wait for a further half an hour while this other customer came in and had her nails done. My daughters nails were half done at this point. I believe they took advantage of my daughter being 17. They are rude and disrespectful and a total rip off. I think with the money u are sponging off people by over charging them, u shud really invest in a new shop sign and new interior. Oh and training in customer service for staff!!!!!!!!!!!!
