As always I have had a good haircut by Ricky. I was a few minutes early and watched him cut the hair of a very young boy, "only the 5th time he has ha...d his hair cut". Ricky was chatting to the boy and making the lad feel at ease (he was sitting on his fathers lap) and he looked very comfortable with the experience. Ricky explained what he was doing at each stage, showing him the brush he was going to use to brush hair from the back of his neck and round the front and showing him his haircut in the mirror. After a high five with Ricky and receiving a sweet, a very happy young boy left the shop saying "see you again soon". Well done Ricky! Show more
