First of all, I want to say I am quite happy with the results of my lash lift. However, I felt very pressured to buy extra things and add on extra ser...vices the entire time. I felt like I was being given the hard sell for other products I had no interest in but tried to be polite. I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done as well to which I said I'd like some tint on them but that's all, and ended up with them waxed which I said I didn't want, and added more onto the cost of my bill. Overall, I felt very pressured the entire time to add on/change services, and to buy products. My bill went from £45 (what I booked), to £68 and I'm not entirely sure why. Show more
