I recently on Wednesday visited Archway Cut with my son, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and wel...coming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They were particularly wonderful with my son, showing great patience and understanding, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.(Dan’s expectations are very high 😉😂) The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for kids. The professionals at Archway Cut were not only skilled but also kind and approachable, ensuring that both adults and children felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s definitely a go-to place for anyone looking for a family-friendly haircutting experience. I highly recommend Archway Cut to anyone, especially those with kids. The worst barber shop I have ever been to. How to is place has such good reviews has me dumbfounded. I took my son here to get a haircut and booked fo...r a skin fade and style and the result we got was an absolute shambles. When we arrived the barber seemed so dismissive, unfriendly, he made us feel like he didn’t want us there. I tried to explain to him what I wanted done and just said “you just want the once over, ok” didn’t even ask or listen to anything myself or my son was saying. I asked if I could pay by card and he looked annoyed when I asked but I soon found out why. Usually, when a good barber cuts hair it can take up to 30-40 mins so I left my son in there whilst I ran to the shop quickly. I was gone for all of 10 minutes and his hair was already done. The so-called barber just shaved his hair once over, no style no nothing. I could’ve done it myself. As you can see in the pic how rubbish the trim is. He then charged us £15 and the card machine was taking forever to work. Just know if you’re a person of Afro-Caribbean descent, this place is not for you. I saw one pic of a black person with a trim at this barbers and had some form of hope but don’t bother. Never ever returning again. I’d give it -100 out of 10 if I could. Show more
