Booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Arrived to be asked ‘are you sure you have an appointment’ Showed the email confirmation. Following a p...hone call between 2 staff members I was asked ‘did you book this today’. Answered ‘no I booked it Thursday’ Oh, the person you need is sick today but we can do it tomorrow! Completely understand if a member of staff is sick but they had all day to contact me to cancel the appointment. I suspect the booking had been overlooked. I will not be returning. Show more
