Lymphatic Drainage Massage Full Body

This is an extremely disappointing experience and the fact that I didn’t even get a chance to experience a treatment. I booked my appointment mid Dec...ember and immediately received a confirmation that my appointment has been confirmed. Two days leading up to my appointment I get a very short text to say if I can change my time without any explanation of why and any of the reasons. when I responded saying that I can’t I had to chase up 24 hours later and didn’t get a very clear response. I drove up 200 miles to the location because I wanted a spa weekend and when I got there, I had to chase up once again and being told my appointment is now unavailable. When I spoke to one of the team members on site who is employed by Lush Beauty Bar, had a very poor attitude when I asked a simple question. When I called and spoke to the person in charge of arranging the appointments, the claim was that they spoke to me the night before even though they didn’t actually confirm if my appointment was still available or not. I was then told that they will try and contact a therapist and see if there’s another available appointment the day after. Surprise surprise, I still had to chase up and without a good answer. Their booking system is poor the communication is poor. Their customer service is awful and I would actually ask people to think twice before they actually decide to use this company for a treatment. Because within the last 48 hours, it’s been nothing but a journey of disappointmentttt,frustration, and I question their capabilities. Show more

Absolutely disgusted with the service , I was booked in for an infill at 10.30 am . I received a text last night at 23.14 to say she was relocating bu...siness today so rebook I didn’t see this text until 8am . I am going to a hen party tomorrow it’s too late notice to have them done anywhere else as I would need a patch test. I text to ask if she could accommodate any time today and she hasn’t even bothered replying. Terrible way to treat customers. Not even worthy of 1 star but was unable to post until I clicked on it 😢😞 Show more

Booked for gel removal on hands and feet and whilst the experience was fine, not all of the gel base coat been removed from fingernails so I’ve had to... pick it off. The service is advertised as £10 but I was charged £40 (should have been £20 for both hands and feet) which I didn’t realise until later in the day as was distracted whilst paying. I’ve tried to contact Lush about this but haven’t heard back. Show more

Hi Naomi, I'm so sorry that you're not happy with the services and please accept my sincere apologies. My booksy app was not working yesterday and I could not see the prices and by mistake I took £20. As I told you my nail tech is not in today I didn't receive any call from you or message/email yesterday i was there till 5pm.Clients always message me privately if they have any problems. I always lookafter my clients and try to sort the issue and give them refund or gift vouchers however they happy. Please be kind to us we have a small buissness. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Arrived to be asked ‘are you sure you have an appointment’ Showed the email confirmation. Following a p...hone call between 2 staff members I was asked ‘did you book this today’. Answered ‘no I booked it Thursday’ Oh, the person you need is sick today but we can do it tomorrow! Completely understand if a member of staff is sick but they had all day to contact me to cancel the appointment. I suspect the booking had been overlooked. I will not be returning. Show more
