Wouldn’t recommend. Went for a consultation and she said she’d let me know the next day how the bleach turned the hair strand she took. A week later I... messaged about it, to then ask for a picture of the strand to see the colour which I was then ignored. They clearly aren’t bothered. Customer service is rubbish. Show more
