The technician was nice and warm however half my lashes are off my the next morning. I had a nail appointment right after my lash appointment and my n...ail tech was laughing that my lashes were hanging! Some were already falling off in chunks and I didn’t rub my eyes. I woke up this morning and it looks like I need an. Infill already. Gutted I wasted £75 Update- Based on their response to my review I was asked to contact them to get it redone. I have sent a text message, called several times, left a voicemail and also message on their page with no response. At this point I’m frustrated and they’ve ruined my holiday before it began. Please can I get a refund. Thank you Show more

Hi babe, this is usually caused by something blocking the glue from bonding to the natural lash, oil mascara moisturiser etc, the lashes will fall off straight away unfortunately (within 24 hours) this isn’t something that usually happens to us our lashes last 4 weeks plus but if you want to pop back we would sort them for you free of charge please message us and we can arrange x
