From arriving at the salon you were welcomed and treated with respect and care. You asked for hybrid lashes, which are the lashes you received. As with every client I asked how much volume & length you required you showed me a strip lash image off Google & requested a similar cat eye look which is also stated by yourself in the booking notes. You also asked for length on your natural lashes as you felt your own didn’t have much. I created this exact style tailoring it to your natural lashes as I do every client. After finishing your lashes, I asked if they were okay for you to which you replied “yes” I asked if the thickness and length were okay to which you replied “yes”. You were happy with your lashes, paid at reception, took a lash brush and left with no issues. The shop was full with staff members and clients who witnessed you happy with your lashes, raising no concerns and leaving. To then leave this review is unfair and untrue. I'm an experienced lash technician of 10+ years with a large loyal client base. I pride myself in my work and gave you nothing but a positive experience. There are no issues I was aware of when you left, so I’m very confused by this feedback you’ve publicly left as we would’ve been more than happy to resolve any issues at the salon, if that was the case. I hope in future you find a technician more suited to you & please remember to always be kind. Have a lovely day viola ☺️
