There was a bit of confusion at the start of your appointment — you were originally booked with another barber who wasn’t aware you were on your way and waited for you to arrive. When you came in, I recognised you as one of my regular clients and took you in straight away. Once we realised the mix-up, we corrected the record by changing the status from no show to attended and moved your booking under my name, as I ended up cutting your hair. We apologise for the misunderstanding, and I’m glad to hear you still had a great experience with us. — Ali
