I had Kym for my wedding dress fitting and she was just so lovely. It was my second boutique to visit and I never felt rushed in the slightest. She br...ought every dress I asked for. She went above and beyond when I had a slight change of heart, but didn’t make it a big deal of it at all. They have an amazing range of Jane Hill dresses, a gorgeous shop and they are just so welcoming. I can’t recommend serendipity enough.

On each occasion that I have visited Serendipity Bridal boutique, Kim made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Such a frien...dly girl who is very truthful and honest when trying on dresses, which is what you want.
She made me feel like a princess when I decided on my dress. First class customer service. I would highly recommend.

Shop is beautful . staff are wonderful. very classic dresses but nothing really quirky. only have styles of dresses that are in. very little with slee...ves or straps. our host was very helpful.

We had the most incredible experience at Serendipity today! Orla was amazing and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. The range of dr...esses are absolutely stunning! I felt so relaxed and at ease the whole appointment and nothing was a problem, I don’t think there’s anything else she could have done.
