It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and it was an amazing experience. I had the pleasure of having Kym looking after me and she couldn’t ha...ve been more lovely and helpful. I was nervous to start with as I didn’t know what to expect but Kym put me right at ease and knew what I wanted straight away. She picked stunning dresses for me to try that were just my style. I left to think things over (all the dresses are so gorgeous it’s a hard decision) but I can say I will most definitely be back. Show more

From the minute we arrived at Serendipity, I felt so welcomed by Kym. It was my first dress try ons and I was so anxious about it but she made me feel... so at ease. Kym listened closely to what I liked in dresses and knew exactly what styles of dresses would suit me best. She wasn’t in any way pushy and my family agreed that she is in the perfect job.
