Hi Bryn thanks for your feedback. As you can see all of our previous feedback over the last four years has been nothing but positive. So this is something that is very hard to understand when you left our shop smiling after I showed you the mirror. With the regards to the skin fade I would always make sure a consultation is thorough so myself and the client are on the same page for the desired outcome. Especially with a new customer. If you mentioned something whilst here an issue could have been rectified. I have obviously tried To call yourself to which you hung up the phone and then blocked me. I apologise for the way you feel however if you take the time to read our previous reviews you will see nothing but positivity. As also mentioned by yourself your hair was cut by someone not trained previously and done to a very poor standard. That is something I confirmed with you to solve whilst you were in the chair which you agreed to. Yours sincerely. Sam.
