The lady I saw at my consultation was very friendly and helpful. However, upon entering the salon, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The gener...al look of the salon is very tired and unloved. The walls etc are full of old marks etc and are in a desperate need of a coat of fresh paint. I found hair all over the floor and behind the reception desk. The salon just looks and feels dirty. Ive never seen a salon look that bad.....ever. Show more

Thankyou for your reveiw. We are a very busy salon and in the 5 minutes you spent in the salon there may have been hair on the floor at that moment however the salon is cleaned thoroughly and regularly in between clients. The salon also being completely white is painted every 12 months.
