It’s very rare that I post a review unless it’s been extremely great or very poor and unfortunately the eyelash extensions I received from the beauty ...salon was the worst I’ve ever experienced! My usual appointment time to get extensions done is around 1.5-2 hours but I was only there for 45 mins to which it became clear why once I was back in my car. The lady was nice and welcoming I don’t fault that but the lashes were clumped so much that it tugged on my hairs and it was painful, I had to cut out a chunk of my hair because she got allot of the glue in there while resting on me. I am now having to wear strip lashes from all the damage that has been done to my eyelashes. I will never be returning to this beauty salon and unless you care for your natural lashes I urge others to avoid. Show more

Hey babe it has came to my attention that these lashes where applied over a month ago , I’m sorry to hear this and I’m upset u haven’t contacted us first! , but I cannot say I’m responsible I did take a photo of your lashes I’ll post below, that shows no lashes stuck together or clumped , within the 3- 4 weeks products you have applied may have caused this. Had an appointment booked for 21:00 only to be informed 20 mins prior that it had to be cancelled due to a big wedding event that they were attending.... Was asked to attend later time and when messaged back to confirm the time I never got a reply. In the end had to call myself to only have to speak to a family member who had to relay my message. Although service was not received this was poor customer service. If you have a big event booked then why leave it 20 mins prior to cancel someone’s appointment? Defo would not recommend as unreliable. You are saying I was rude? I think you need to look back and read the messages to see how rude you were. On top of that you’re lying to say you were 15 mins late when you were offering me another appointment an hour later from my original. If u can’t accommodate appointments then don’t offer them so late…..it’s pretty simple. Show more

Hey so sorry you feel this way your appointment was not seen . As our opening hours are as follows 9am - 6pm on a Friday . Since having the sunbed open at different times it’s allowing people to book in . Which means there is no beautician or qualified nail tech. In the salon past 6pm untill 10pm closing. You made a appointment for (9pm at night ) was not a wedding venue we was setting up for somones wedding . We also did try to comply with you on multiple messages as I was running 15mins behind . You did no more than be very rude . I appreciate your response and feedback but also you haven’t ever had a service in the salon !
