There was no point in booking at all. I didn’t have much time on Thursday so had to book the haircut for 10. I was then called at five to 10 saying th...ey hadn’t opened yet and can I push it back to 10.25 - annoying but fine. But then when I arrived I had to sit for another 30 mins while they finished up with the two people who were already getting their hair cut and the guy in front of me as not once was a booking even mentioned. I have been to the barbers a couple of times and have left happy with both the hair and the overall experience but this just wasn’t good. I left feeling the barber didn’t listen to what I wanted and, in turn, my hair is shorter than I wanted. I know it’ll grow back but just annoyed as I have an event on Saturday. As well, since they are increasing their prices I am left feeling I don’t want to go back as why would I pay more to possibly be let down again. *Edit: when I left this review I then got a stern phone call the next day asking why I left the review and wanting them to change the review to a higher star and threatened me to not allow me to book again.
