Unfortunately, with a system where you can go online yourself and a book an appointment, this leads to gaps throughout our day and sometimes to be able to fit clients in, we may have to move an appointment by 5/10 mins. If you have the Booksy app, then this will alert you if an appointment has changed. I do apologise that Cameron’s previous appointment ran over, I can see it was a new client and I can only think, that it took longer than expected. Once again please accept our apologies that you were kept waiting, as we work hard to keep the appointments within the allotted time and it seems this time, you were unlucky.
