Not sure. Arrived 5 minutes late due to going to the wrong barbers, which was less than 10 seconds away from this one (walking). Rejected service for ...being late, which is fair as the man behind the desk explained that they had consecutive appointments and one 5-minute delay would have a domino effect on the rest, however there were 2 other employees clearly idle, despite the apparent "fully-booked day" on arriving, additionally the man wasn't aware of my appointment until I made it clear I had done one, which shows a lack of organisation tech-wise and unprofessionalism. Aside from that, the guy was inevitably nice and did apologise, it was mostly my fault, but there are many improvements Esquires can make to ensure other customers don't experience the same problem Show more
