Hi Matt, you arrived 9 minutes late to a 30minute appointment .By the time you would have sat in my chair and we had discussed what you would like doing with your hair it would have been 15 minutes after your appointment start time, meaning the rest of my appointments for the day would have ran behind. Weird that you think I should hold up everyone's appointments because you were late. Thanks.
