I booked boxing class for 11th & 18th Dec. On 4th Dec I contacted Nicky to ask if I was booked on class for 11th as I had received confirmation for 18...th but not 11th. Nicky advised me that the 11th had been taken by other people and I was to rebook but he confirmed my place for 18th. I rebooked for 14th but Nicky cancelled the booking saying I hadn’t attended on 11th. I explained by text and even sent a copy of text discussion and asked if I could still attend on 14th & 18th Dec but Nicky didn’t acknowledge my message. I felt very upset that Nicky thought that I just hadn’t turned up on 11th which wasn’t the case. Not turning up and wasting Nicky’s slots wouldn’t be something that i would do as this is his work and I understand this. I asked Nicky if he was going to cancel me for 18th Dec too due to the mix up through booksy confirmations but sadly Nicky didn’t responded to reassure me that it was ok for me to attend. I was so disappointed as I so wanted to attend and the mix up was due to no fault of my own

Really disappointed, the first session I booked for my son, the coach turned up late, granted he had his son with him and as a parent myself, I totall...y understand it can be hard to stick to a schedule, however the second session yesterday, my son was left standing waiting around 15/20 minute's after the start time of his session and left when no one showed. On both occassions there was no courtesy message to say they would be late and I sent a message to the facebook page yesterday just to let them know he did wait and to this minute we haven't recieved any reply eventhough they have been online to post about their competitors success pver the weekend.
