The haircut itself was excellent as usual. However, I would like to make a formal complaint to the Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Z's Barber. Whil...e I was getting my hair cut, it became apparent that not only were the three other customers Arsenal supporters, but two of the three barbers were also Arsenal supporters. As a Spurs fan I found this intimidating and uncomfortable and it does not create an inclusive environment. Perhaps in the future there can be a way to identify one's football allegiance on Booksy so that situations like this don't happen again. Thank you, COYS! ;) Show more
