It was my first visit to the salon and I was warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist. Scott had been recommended to me by a friend and I was impresse...d by his understanding and diagnosis of what my hair needed. His suggestions made a lot of sense and he articulated perfectly what had bothered me about my hair style for some time. I felt I was in good hands and the tweaks he made made a massive difference. I was very pleased indeed! To add to the experience, Scott is a lovely man and we had a great chat. This is probably the first time in a long time that I've chatted throughout a hairdressing session. I normally plough through a pile of magazines when getting my hair cut. This was better! Show more
