I'd booked appointment for 9:25, got there few mjnutes early. "Sorry, we're running late, wont be long", so i wait 10 minutes... then barber proceeds ...to start a "walk-in" before me. So i wait, again..... next haircut finishes, "Who's booked?", 2 of us raise our hands...... and she proceeds to start another "walk-in" as apparently he's next!!!! What's the point of having appointments if you prioritise walk-ins!!! Don't know if they can cut hair, but I know they can't run a shop. Show more
