First time visiting and Kaka takes a guy that walks in after me even if I had an appointment. I get frustrated and I leave he calls me then apologies ...and says it wont happen again. Second booking , I walk in 10 min before my appointment and he again takes somebody else. What is the point of the appointments if they are not taken in consideration. Show more
