My son arrived 5 mins late due to a serious accident on tadcaster road, the barber refused to cut his hair despite nobody else in the shop and no ody ...waiting for the next slot. My son had to walk home as i went to obtain cash to pay for his haircut. Very disaponited with the level of service and customer engagement.

Hi, your son turned up at 3.26pm for a 3.15pm, 15min appointment, my next customer was due in at 3.30pm, so yes at that point the shop was empty....for 4 minutes! ....I,m sorry about the accident, that can't be hepled and I don't like turning people away as it also costs me money, I have a busy schedule to stick to and it would be unfair to go into my other customers appointment time and make them run late.
