I find this review very far from the truth and a little arrogant if I'm totally honest. We are sorry that you have come into our salon and had what you felt to be a bad experience but unfortunately we are a really busy barbershop with people always struggling to get appointments if they don't book in advance. We are very light hearted with children and keep quiet in them situations as it is us that they do not like so after 60 years experience between us all we know that this makes it worse. It also makes it worse when parents put their hands over their children's mouth and try and gag them and keep them quiet while they are having their haircut. The style was changed due to the screaming and the wriggling around as the barber did not want to ruin your child's hair. And anybody who thinks a clean haircut can be made on a Child acting this way is wrongly mistaken. In terms of traffic yes this cannot be helped but we are in a tight schedule to deliver correct times to other customers who come to our salon for regular haircuts and pay a lot of money all year round for this service so unfortunately when you are late we cannot carry out the service you booked if you cannot attend on time.
